I ordered shelve for my nursery and during checkout I was given four options to shipping methods (1. Federal express overnight service 2. Federal express ground service 3. Federal express two way service -at $0 cost- 4. Motor freight delivery -at cost-)and I picked option 1 for overnight because it stated at zero cost.

Item was shipped on 8/21 and today is 8/24 I called in and the rep. was absolutely rude and saying is my fault and there is nothing she can do and told me to read in "red print" that should be stated as Free Ground shipping.

I took a look at it after the conversation and I called back and complaint to the Manager (Jerry Brown) he wasn't helpful either. I have been shopping online for many times and never experience with this difficulty shipping issue. I told him it would be easier if they can be more specific with their shipping policies and not to make it too complicated. He replied said he never experiences customer like me that have this issue. I said I guess I shouldn't come back to make anymore purchase then he agreed. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they have very rude and horrible service.

Secondary confirmation can also be found at our listing with davesgarden.com - a gardening related website that offers similar opportunities for customers to comment on their experience with our company. Both organizations are reputable advocates for the consumer and both confirm our company's outstanding reputation and commitment to customer service.

Like all businesses our company is not perfect; however, Maggie's posting has me very confused since our website does not offer overnight or 2nd day air as a shipping option. It is therefore impossible that Maggie selected overnight shipping when she purchased this item from our website.

In addition, items offered with free shipping do clearly indicate that shipping with be via Federal Express Ground Service or Motor Freight Delivery. These facts are easily confirmed on our website and can also be confirmed on wayback.com if someone thinks changes were made as a result of this posting.

Regardless of the discrepancy in Maggie's report, I would like to offer my sincere apologies for what was obviously less than an ideal experience. Because of our commitment to outstanding customer service, I will publicly state Maggie is more than welcome to return this item for a full and complete refund or I will be glad to issue a $50 credit back to her account. Maggie: please contact me directly and I will personally make sure this is taken care of.
