I recieved an email stating that I would recieve a free elmo back pack with the purchase of some sort that was only 5.95 with free shipping. I didnt question the price because I shop online all the time, and find good deals and the free shipping didnt raise any questions because I often get free shipping on many orders.

I first became suspicious when after I made my order I didnt recieve an email confirmation of my order. Thats not normal (at least not for me) any company that does an online transaction has ALWAYS sent an email to confirm my purchase. Anyhow they double charged my account so i decided i should get a hold of them and discuss this matter!

Upon looking for a number I found that it was hard to find. There was no obvious contact info, i really had to search it. When I called I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes, while the recording kept telling me that the wait time was under 1 minute. Then when some woman named Sophia finally answered she gave me the impression that I was wasting her time and that my issue wasnt really any of problem.

The nerve of some people. After repeating my issue three times she kept reading off the computer screen telling me that there were no extra charges on their end and that they were only going to refund what they see, and cancel my account. I asked well there are more charges on my account. She tells me that i have to send in a copy of my bank statement showing the charge.

Just who did she think she was fooling! I refuse to give your company any more of  my personal information. So after going back and forth about any surprise charges that they plan to implement due to me cancelling my account she asked if there were any more questions i had to ask.

I told her yes could I recieve the company address and a email confirmation of the cancellation as well as a copy of the conversation that she put into the computer. She stated that they dont send out emails, of those types of things and hung up on me. I dont know how these people who work at this call center or in this company can sleep at night.

I mean this is crazy I love to get my kids things But I will stick to shopping on amazon!
