First I would like to thank Biz-watchdog for throwing the evidence right in my lap. You sure know how to make life easier.

I'm going to let everyone in on the latest twist in the WTA/IMG saga.

There is another posting site out their named Biz-Watchdog that you probably all have seen due to the fact that they place well in the search engines.

Now I have suspected for a while that they were a promotional vehicle for IMG & WTA because if you have ever noticed anything written about these companies it is NEVER negative. Always neutral or postive.

How can this be you wonder because with every other posting site you can certainly tell what the general feeling is concerning these entities.

I had a friend once post on Biz-watchdog concerning the IMG/WTA mess and his posting was removed immediately and he was warned by a man who claimed to be the owner that he was in alot of trouble and that he would probably be sued shortly because these people (Richard Wells to be exact) are rich and powerful and will make you pay. He then went on to chastise my freind for expressing such opinions about these companies and was rather rude to him.

Well shortly after this episode, my friend was sued by IMG for $300,00.00 for defamation and everything else he was told would happen did. You might have heard about this case from my earlier postings. He is responding as we speak and filing a countersuit where they will be sending subpoenas for these people to appear in court. I wonder which name they will reply to? And if they will enjoy the flight to Denver form California. My point is that this is about to come full circle. Everyone's real identity is going to come out. And to think all my freind wanted was a refund. Nothing more, nothing less.

OK, back to the main subject of this post.

The following email was sent to a member form Biz-watchdog recently:

Hi again. I have been in the franchising business for 45 years, so I am acquainted with many people. But I wouldn't classify any as friends.

What I do know is which companies are most aggressive about protecting their brand and enforcing confidentiality clauses. In these cases, I feel it is in everyone's best interest to try to settle behind the scenes and not in a court of law. Courts have requested postings and IP addresses from me many times in the past. I have found it easier to avoid this whole situation by trying to get people to work it out in other ways.

At BizWatchDog we try to do things the right way for all parties involved. Unlike other boards, we are not "located" in the West Indies or New Zealand in order to avoid American law. These boards do not worry about accountability and, up until now, about lawsuits.

I say up until now because I do know that many organizations are suing or gearing up to sue the other boards. I also know that WTA and IMG are two of the companies leading the charge. They have put all boards, including us, on notice that they will proceed with lawsuits against us and any posters for defamation and damages. We don't need this and neither do our posters.

We live in a litigious society, unfortunately. All of us have to face this fact. At least the next few months will be interesting as we see how these lawsuits pan out.

Thank you.

Now I have suspected that their is an affilaition between IMG/WTA & Biz-watchdog. I now have proof that this is indeed the case. I went ahead and traced Biz-watchdog's IP address to find out the truth once and for all.

Here are the results(I have deleted only my freinds information to protect him and inserted the word "deleted" where I have done so.)

Alright now let me explain. This bunch of numbers and words above are really a map so to speak. They trace the origin of an email and the destination and all the points in between that the message takes to get to where it needs to go.

The important piece you will want to look at is "Originating IP: [68.125.16.233]"

This series of numbers is called an IP address. This particular one identifies the origin of the message.
This IP address is registered to "Pac Bell Internet Services" and the user account is under the name of "Fullfilment Options".

Fullfilment Options as you know is the comapny located in Burbank, CA. that houses IMG, WTA, TGC, & Musketeer Partners. All these comapnies utilize Fulfillment Options' internet account.

Let me explain this in simple terms. Bizwatch-dog sent this email from the same building that IMG, WTA, TGC, & Musketeer Partners are located. I have even identified the exact computer this message originated from. Now I bet you are dying to know who the Biz-watchdog really is. I have a good idea but will confirm soon once I compare this with all my other emails I have saved. I want to be 100% certain as I am with all my posts.

But the fact remains that the Biz-watchdog is part of the IMG family of schemes. This type advertising where you "DEFAME" your competion and build up yourself is illegal as well as hypocritical since they are suing a member for defamation right now. This situation is being brought to the authorities attention as you read this. Proper punishment will be forthcoming and justified.

My friend from Illinois is also going to be presenting this information in his counter-claim against IMG.

So now you can add Biz-watchdog to this family of companies that like to defraud, plagiaraize, lie to, falsly advertise, commit mail fraud, use false & misleading statements and deceptive business practices amongst other things.

Besides my friends counter-suit. I will be aggressively continuing organizing my own suit and am asking everyone to forward their emails from these companies so that I may trace them and build the case up even more.

Like I've said before. It just keeps getting better & better.

P.S. : This is for "Elliot". You should stop sending messages trying to scheme information from people. I know where you are from and you are not smart enough to pull it off. You are just another member of the IMG families sending out false emails. Everyone else, do not respond to emails that you do not recognize and especially do not say anything defamatory if you are unsure.

Lastly, Please don't email peoples personal bank information over the internet. WTA (Brad Burke) this means you.

More Later.
