I am writing this email in response to the many findings I am not surprised to read about David Stabile. For 4 years I was a girlfriend of his and I can tell you, although I was never involved with any of his "dealings" he has the ability to talk yet lie through his teeth. This email is to help those who have been "victimized" by David and his fast talking move. He is not a patent attorney, nor is he certified in any field other than having a 2-year degree in Accounting. His career in the patent field first began with Invention Submission Corporation in NYC back in 1995.

After being physically abused during the entire relationship and learning that he was secretly dating a client (Maria Cugliari - whom he is now married to.) I phoned her myself only to learn that he lied to her about who I really was. He apparently saw her for the money her parents had to help her with her own invention. David was also previously married to an English woman in Florida for nearly 5 years and she later divorced him for obvious reasons. Since it was her money that paid for his restaurant, he lost it in the divorce and never saw a dime from those preceedings. Lord knows what he told everyone else. David always did know how to con people out of money because he knows how to lie and steal. I never liked it and that was part of the reason our relationship never worked.

Many years later I am not surprised to learn he is still relying on his smooth talking to con people for money. He never did know how to make money the like everyone else by holding down a full time job. What else could he possibly be doing to con others out of their money? I agree with Dianne of Port St. Lucie, he belongs in jail.

Scott Fellini (owner of Practical Enterprises) is in fact LYING about "having anything to do with any of these people or companies" since he EMPLOYS David Stabile. He doesn't admit that in these forums but he will in e-mail. See below:

I have just recieved this Email from Scott Fellini of Practical Enterprises January 17, 2007 :

"David is our employee and has helped us complete projects for our Inventors. We have Inventors selling their products on a small scale, working on growing it to a large scale.

I truly do not know all that has happened in the past. I feel bad for all the people who did not get their projects done. I do not know how to help these people. I was not involved and really not sure what the story is.

I know so far David has helped us to get things done for our people. I am very proud of what the company is accomplishing. I am an inventor and know this is the right thing to do for people."

Scott Fellini is harboring this scumbag.

I have noticed that my companies name is still being associated with the other company. My issue now is that the person who oringally made the comment, sent a rebuttal clarifing that we have been wrongly included and it has not been corrected. See her 2 emails below. My issue with all of this, is that we have been successfully helping inventors and now false information continues to be conveyed.

I would like to remove one company from my rip off report. It has come to my attention that Practical Enterprises, owned by Scott Fellini, has nothing to do with David and Maria Stabile and has never taken part in the rip off of the hundreds of Inventors International Patent Consultants/David and Maria Stabile did.

Mr. Fellini has removed any and all names from his site due to the fact of what they have done. His association with David Stabile was strictly personal business. Mr. Scott Fellini and his company, Practical Enterprises has nothing to do with the rest of David Stabile's other companies and his atrocities.

Please apprise me of how I can get his company removed from my report as I do not want an innocent person to pay for the horrors committed by Davie & Maria Stabile and their associates. Below is some information on my report.

I met David Stabile in August of 1997. Bringing a idea of a new product to David. I must say it hasnt been a easy road. My invention is the Jibber Jabber Board. David has helped me 1st of all getting a patent and trademark,at a fraction of the cost it would have if I walked into a attorneys office on my own. Only for the attorney to see me comming and hit me with very inflated costs. Which im sure the most of you paid.David prevented this happening to me.

My product originally was going to be manufactured in Trinidad but with not being able to get the erasability correct and issues with the government there, we decided to try China with much success. David was able to perfect the product. Of course money was involved but I must say that David has put much time into making this product work and time is money. We have done business with the WWE in June of 2003,and we stormed the Today Show in March 2004 in NEW YORK CITY.

Today I have a great relationship with my factory I am now awaiting a additional order for the New York City School system and none of this would be possible without David Stabile. Anyway Davids business may have failed but I must say that during his financial difficulties David has always tried to help the customers,the ones who didnt kick him when he was down. I owe my sucess presently and in things to come to David.Icould understand peoples fustration but things dont come overnight it took me 9 years but it happened. So Thank You David for making it happen SUDDENLY.

Could this be the same David Stabile who was a "Marketing Consultant" for ISC out of their NY office?

As President of Practical Enterprises, I wish to express my concern for being associated with International Patent Consultants and frankly the false accusations against my company. I am an Inventor who has experienced the challenges and misgivings that exist in the industry for Inventors and their patents. My goal in forming Practical Enterprises is to provide an organization where Inventors can go to reliably move their vision along. I had personally experienced the rip off companies and how they treat Inventors. My intention for Practical Enterprises is to provide a level of integrity that is sorely missing in this industry. I must also express that I recognize the noble intentions for this site; however I find it highly questionable that the owners of Rip Off Report allow people to say anything they want without a minimal effort to validate the comments being made. If they really would like to add credible value, I believe something more should be done. For example at a minimum, notify the accused so they are aware something is being said as to at least allow a rebuttal. I believe this is how many other consumer organizations approach it. If not, anything can be said just in spite, hurting an unaware party. If not for a loyal Client, I would have never known that these accusations were made.

When the Reported business asks us, "why dont you check out these Reports before you post them" ..I ask you, where do we start and stop with evidence? ..No system is perfect. United States puts people to death, after 1 or 2 jury trials and countless appeals, to only find out later, ooops! ... they weren't guilty after all! ...



Most businesses ask. "ED, in 2006, what good does it do if a consumer sees Rip-off Reports from back in 2005" - - I tell them this is THE most important benefit you can ever get from Rip-off Report! ... Any 1/2 witted, educated consumer who is surfing the web in July of 2006 and comes across a Rip-off Report on your business, ..consider yourself lucky. ... Think about it. Remember, all businesses will get complaints, ALL..!! .. this will show the consumer that you have had no complaints for a long time, more importantly, it shows that you were man/woman enough to address your issues, make changes and committed to total customer satisfaction! ... What consumer would not want to do business with you? Even the guilty business will be forced to change their ways. Most people who respond appropriately, admit they might gave made a mistake, giving their customer the benefit of the doubt, and showing how they took care of the complaint or they will take care of the complaint if they contact them... TELL ME, what consumer would not want to do business with them. Even if the complaint is totally false, you can turn that around by explaining what you know in a nice way. ...If handled correctly, you will turn a negative into a positive.. The Internet is here to stay, and the tides have turned for the benefit of the consumer. BIG BUSINESS with lots of money is no longer in control... This will not change.



Rip-off Report is thanked all the time by businesses that fist said, "this will not work, you are full-of-it!" ... Most Businesses admitted after doing what I suggested, they now get business from the Report, new found business they would have never had if the Rip-off Report did not exist.



Additional reasons why Rip-off Report tells a business or individual, when they ask us, why don't we remove a Rip-off Rpeort, or check facts and even threaten us with legal action..
