I almost was taken by this company. Please Stay AWAY. My story is basically like everyone else. Contacted by phone. Freindly Senior Director was at my door the NEXT morning. IPA Associate, Vincent Rose, instantly became my best friend. Hanging on every work I said, feeding my ego, finding a common ground between him and myself and developing a real sense of TRUST.
Assuring me I had nothing to lose, I signed the agreement and agreed to pay $950.00. My secretary, being the inspector gadget she is, got on the internet and instanly the red flags started to fly. Thousand and thousand of reports on this company. I phoned back the same day and said I needed to cancel. I told TOM, the Senior Business Director assigned to my company, my secreatary just found alot of things out about your company, and I don't even want to take a chance with you.
The next day my secretary, confirmed we were canceling with a fax and an e-mail. Lo and Behold, Tom called that afternoon as if nothing had happened, no conversation took place and said they would be there Monday. He also tried to convince me that since my secretary was SO set against us coming in, she must have something to hide in the books. That infurated me and I said do not show up Monday.
Today is Friday Feb 17th,2006. We will see if they show up Monday, but I have the State Police on stand by to escort them off of my property.
I feel REAL stupid for almost being taken in by this company. PLEASE hang up when they call

Today is 3/8/06. I reported them to the BBB, and got a responce from a Mr. Jack Hess (IPA) on 3/2/06 stating he had my BBB report and they would remove us from the data base and put us on a Do Not Call list. On 3/3/06 I recieved a letter from IPA, Jenifer Parsegian. The letter stated they had a copy of my request to be removed from Data Base and it will be done.
Today 3/8/06 the phone calls are starting again. A Mr. Dave Allen, an Associate od Mr. Vince Rose ( The first IPA agent to visit us). I informed Mr. Allen we canceled all dealing with IPA. He said he knows he just wants to talk to the owner for a brief minute.
HOW DO YOU STOP THESE PEOPLE?? Please help!

Well IPA continues to call. Up to 6 times a day. My secreatary has gotten real craetive to responce to them. They always ask for the owner. She will tell them to hold on he's here, may I ask who's calling, that is the ONLY way to get a name out of them. She then puts them on hold and comes back with these CRAZY excuses. Like he's out watering the flowers or out side hanging laundry on the line. ( It's winter in the Pocono's, no flowers to be found)
Yesterday they called and asked for me by name. My secretary said speaking, (Now she's a lady) IPA said no we want the owner ( they called me by my name) she INSISTED she was it. They got VERY irate and said "Lady, now you are f***ing with me" and hung up.
I have to say NO phone calls today at all!!!
Get creative with these guys.
