My elderly mother (in Pittsburgh, PA) received this letter in the mail claiming that she was the beneficiary of $80,000.  The letter goes on to state that "North America" law states that the receiver must pay processing fees but the same law prevents you from paying out of your personal funds.  The letter then goes on to say that this claim is completely confidential until it has been processed.  Then there is an enclosed check that is only valid unless you call the office at 1-514-569-3915 Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM.  My mother has been a victim of this type of fraud in the past and has lost all of her life savings.  Protect your loved ones spread the word and put a stop to these scammers!!!!
