None of the phone numbers we have for this company exist any longer. Have 3 phone numbers for this company in Canada and 1 of them no longer exists and the other 2 have message machines for the company and no one repsonds to the messages that are left Woodinville WA., Portland Or., Delta B.C., Winnipeg Man., Dartmouth N.S. Nationwide

We really don't know where to start with this. We had our roof installed in late fall of 1998. The 2 guys that came and did it were great. Had one slight problem not long after with a small leak. Contacted the company and they were out within a week to fix the problem.
Now all of a sudden we have another leak. Not quite sure how bad it is and almost afraid to go and check since this company is no longer at none of the addresses that we were given on the signing documents.

We have tried to contact offices in Canada to no avail. All you get are answering machines with a recorded message. And if calling to leave a message,they say they will return your call. What a joke, we're still waiting.

We are totally at a loss for words. The contract says that this roof has a Lifetime Warranty and is maintenance free. This is a falsehood. We have things growing on ours around the chimney and the metal has discolored. I'm getting to old to have to go up on the roof and use a power washer on it to try to get a lot of the things growing on it off and to try to restore the bright color to it.

We have talked with one other person out of this state that is having the same problem contacting this company and trying to resolve the problem. Please, anyone out there that is also having problems with any of these company names get in contact with us.

We need to stop this type of company of taking advantage of us. We have tried our best and need to get rid of this type of behavior from companies. We paid a lot for this product and need this company to stand behind their promises.

We would like to hear from anyone involved but especially people that are having problems here in WA. STATE.
