International Talent Showcase ITS Scam, lies and theft... Do Not Trust this Company E Providence Rhode Island

My problem with this company is that they do not uphold their word. I paid a $500.00 deposit to this company on 8/15/15 and waited for a contract and receipt until Sept 4. They sent payment stubs and receipt for the $500 but no contract. I called them almost weekly about sending me some type of paperwork. I even told them I would not be paying anymore money until I get the paperwork. I specifically told them not to save my card information when I paid the $500 and I was told they did not save the cards. That was a lie because they have since taken two $25.00 fees out of that account. I called them and emailed them constantly they do not answer the phone. I have emailed Melissa Ruhle the administrative director, Denise Livoli finance director and Lisa Luther with the executive team. I have yet to get my money back. They have my money for my daughter but we have nothing. I have since disputed the two $25.00 payments with my bank because I did not authorize ITS to withdraw anything from that account. I think Sharon the owner has a breakdown in her company employees that need to be handled. Due to this experience I am requesting all my money be refunded which as of today it is $550.00. If any other bank fees come up due to ITS trying to draft any more fees it will be added to the $550.00. I would also like my money returned by 11/19/15 which is a month from today. I have all of my emails, phone call records and letter of receipt. And still no contract. Never saw one so of course never signed one.
