The contact started with a letter from Suite D #233,15942 Los Serranos Country Club Drive, Chino Hills, CA 91709 on November 22nd. I was so convinced that this was all on the up and up that I sent a money order for twenty dollars in which I would be in group ITO 19 which there is 400 shares,360 entries, and gauranteed wins of five or more.

After I sent the money order on it's way to the Netherlands,I decided to do some research on this company. Sure enough I found out it is a rip off scam.So I said to myself live and learn.I didn't expect to hear from them again.

Well, surprize, I received another letter this time from ITO, Korte Lijnbaanssteeg, 1012 SL Amsterdam, The Netherlands,on December 22nd, 2006 stating that my registration and payment was recieved and that I had a chance to register for a further entry of 2 number sets and 1,2 or 5 euro million draws each level costing 39.99, 74.99 and 174.99 plus I would get 1 free entry.I have never heard of a ticket or draw costing so
many dollars and ending 99 cents.

All the papers they have sent me look very legit.

The address is actually the location of a hotel, which tells me they are operating out of a hotel room or rooms.

The International Ticketing Office as far as I know does not legally exist. And the problem with all of this is they have connection in Chino Hills, California that sends out these letter invitations that gets the rip off con game going.

If you recieve anything from the addresses above please report it so we can get this scammers behind bars so they can't dis illusion others out of their money.

#1 REBUTTAL Individual responds

International Ticketing Office-Mel Reeve & Francois Delon

AUTHOR: Yama - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 18, 2007

Greetings:

I am also a victim of a Rip-Off with the International Ticketing Office. I sent a $40.00 check in November for the December 29, 2006 drawing and was promised a refund if the group of players I was in didn't win a prize. In the letter Mr. Francois promised a minimum of 5 prizes or a money back guarantee.

Well, I felt at the time pretty good about the odds. I upgraded my selection after Mr. Mel sent me a letter informing me about my odds at winning, so I sent an additional$39.99. Both of the checks have been processed, and I tried to call the company about a few concerns, and since it was an international call and I couldn't get through, I decided to look up the internet just to see if this company had any bad performance.

Well to my surprise, the ITO is listed and not favorable. So if anyone is reading this message, I am also among probably thousands who have sent monies to this company. By the way, their correspondence if professional looking, so I realize they presented themselves very well. Thank you for reviewing this message. I hope this help others before they send their hard earned money to the ITO.

Ms. Ali
