i did not get a address it started when i paid to download a copy of INTERNET BOOST for the bargen price of 39.99 i paid with my card. i had what was to be 30 day money back guarantee. the program did not work! if anything it slowed down my internet access. i e-mailed them menny times only responce was thank you for the payment. evey time i would e-mail a complaint no mater
ware i sent it they would just thank me for the payment. and that would be BONZI.COM thats ware the paper trial ends. there INTERNET BOOST is a scam and BONZI .COM IS THE SMOKEING GUN!!!!!!!

Request a credit card chargeback. Most credit card companies will send you a credit card complaint form to fill out.
Save all copies of e-mails you've sent the offending company for proof that ou did attempt a resolution with them first.
