The telephone contact listed on the credit card statementstatedmy Mastercardcharge of$ 68.71was for a Biz Membership account that was not closed within 30 days. The person stated that she worked for a third party and was not authorized to provideinformation as to the name, address or person to contact relative to the Biz Membrership Charge. She also stated that she could close the account but that she was not authorized to issue a refund.Even though nowas received from this company.

Don't waste your time calling and speaking with idiots.

Just do a dispute for all unauthorized charges directly with your credit card company. Legally you have 60 days from the date the charge first appeared on a billing statement.

Call to initiate, and then they will send forms to you that you will need to complete. Send these back via certified mail, return reciept requested. Put the certified# on the form somewhere and keep a copy for your records.

Dispute for reason "Not authorized".

Done.

They charged me another $68.71 on December 20 in addition to the $ 68.71 they charged on November 20. All of this and I received nothing of value.
