Internet Coaching Group aka Brightbuilders and was duped into buying there 'Internet Coaching' for $4,530.00 to start an ecommerce business.

They use a very well scripted 'qualifying people for the program' scheme to sign you up. They basically want to know if you've got money or credit to buy into one of their packages. But BEWARE! They will direct you to the BBB to legitimize their business and then show you a successful site or two like Tupperware & State Of Utah to prove their success and talk a big game. But the company they show you on BBB is not even them but a subcontracted group i.e. Brightbuilders. They will ask you to commit to them 100% and have you state that you will not quit, basically anything to try to trap you and prevent you from ever trying to get your money back from there scam.

These people present themselves very honest and sincere at first but once you get wind of there ploy they get very rude. I found out of these practices a few days after enlisting with them and told them that I no longer wanted to pursue any dealings with them and that I wanted my money back. They told me that I'm a quitter.
I have sent complaints to several state and local agencies and I will continue to do so. These people are some of the biggest crooks I've encountered. I want to share my experience to help stop this from happening to others.

I got scammed out of $4,530.00 by bright builders and their sales rep Richard Dell. I won't go into details because it reads like many that have posted to the BBB of Utah and Rip Off Report.com before me. Am totally amazed that these people are still in business.

This Guy went into his sales pitch. This man was slick - so slick that he makes used car salesmen look like saints. This pitch went on and on and on and on. Finally he got around to money and my credit card. He quoted some ridiculous price ($4,530.00) and I told him that I couldn't afford it and didn't have that kind of credit available on my card anyway.

Oh and before this guy I was harassed by another gentlemen ( Scott Angus) he tried to get me signed up with no success so he turned me over to Mr. Richard Dell.

With that Mr. Dell was off and running at the mouth again. I told him God only knows how many times that I wasn't interested. What I should have done was just hang up. In the end, just to get him off the phone, I agreed to $4,530.00. I feel truly lucky that this is all he got out of me considering what some of the others have been through.

I was left with the impression that Bright Builders would develop my new web site but I come to find out No, Im given the software to develop my own but with there help.

I was promised a whole arm full of information and software along with a letter composed by Mr.Dell which was his idea. I have been calling Mr. Dell and leaving voice mails every day for over a week now wanting to know were the letter was with no success he was either on the phone and would get back to me or out to lunch every time. Also he guaranteed me that I would make over $10,000.00 in 6 months. (This guarantee was stated to me and recorded on the phone by his secretary.)

The letter was to address another scam outfit that scammed me out of $3,000.00 for there internet service's this letter would help me to get a refund from the company. Boy shame on me twice you think I would learn by now?

At any rate, I was set up with a coach (Alan Kennington) who would help me get an eBay business going so I could start showing a profit immediately. While being coached by his process of developing my web store would be started. I had 1 coaching sessions with Mr. Alan and 3 Webinar Go To Meetings #1 Taking Control #2 Business Roadmap both of which were so basic. #3 Lister Basics- Building Listings Like A Pro ( which is the similar software that ebay offers FREE One Step Lister ver.2 in which I learned the same thing I could have learned on the eBay web site had I been interested in an eBay business. Seems all they did was change the eBay wording so it looked as if it was their own.

Which brings me to today. I've read 2 pages of complaints about Bright Builders but there has been very little in the line of updates. What has been going on? Obviously this company is still bilking people out of Thousands of dollars. I've already contacted a lawyer and plan to pursue this. Nothing would make me happier than to slam these people with a major class action law-suit. Let them run around with nothing more than the underwear on their backs and let them see what it's like to be ripped off. If anyone is interested in a class action suit Lets get these crooks and shut them down for good.
