Dropshipdesign.com Failure to provide adaquate support in hopes I would pay for upgraded phone support Bainbridge Washington

This company has 2 forms of support to those who purchase their web site program, email and phone. Email is free, phone support costs you and it is paid for by the year. I felt I was being delayed email support becuse all the answers I got back were missing that one piece of infomation I needed. I had to write back 2-3 times to get the right answer. Finally having enough I wrote back to them asking them were they trained to do this? I got a sharp reply telling me that this was a warning to have more respect for them and that the answer to my question was provided. RIGHT!!! What was provided was someone elses logon and password to their site. I wrote back and told them what I though and let them know that the idiot @ support had given me another operators "secure" information and that I had let that operator know of the foul up. Believing that they were now going to shut me down I looked at what this operator was being charged for the "real" wholesale rate which I thought was applied across the board. Wouldn't you know it, he was being charged less. This makes me wonder if they in fact dont just charge what ever they feel to the operators of the websites.

The next morning my web site had been pulled without notice or cause WHICH violates my contract with them. I tried to have someone talk to me. I called customer support 18009210136 and the girl told me that a manager would call me back shortly. After no response some 3 hours later I called back and the coward who pulled my site refused to talk to me. So I left a message on the other voice mail and and told them that I had filed a police report with the bainbridge, wa police dept. Report#07-921 Lt Giuntoli #802 took the report. Well a short time later a man by the name of peter called me assuring me that he would look into it. In the mean time I researched and found another owner in Oregon, Joe Ritchey Phone #503 314 0496 was provided to me but when I called it was a womans voice recording and just now a guy answered stating that he didnt know Joe. A short time later I was contacted by peter @425 256 2863. He said that a refund would be issued, I told him I wanted the site instead and hoped we could get this matter cleared up. I spent most of that day confirming Peters story that indeed my refund was issued, in fact the funny part of this, if there is one, was when a PayPal supervisor had both Petert and myself on the line and was asking him for his account information such as the last 4 of his social security, his phone # and address and the credit card used to establish the account. I would like to say that I took down that info, but I didnt, I felt it was an embrassment and unprofessional of the supervisor to ask these questions to him with me on the line. I offerred to hang up and have the supervisor call me back, which she did. I got my money today, but it doesnt end here I vow to shut the mothaf---kers down so that no one else will go threw this. I have contacted the papers in the hometown of all the known owners to me so that they can do a story on them and then these owners will have all their friends read what is really happening. For the record, Peter tried to tell me that the ownders of this web site have offerred to retact and make good all bad publicity IF his company would pay sum of money. He also told me that the people who were complaining were the people who were in fact scamming him. He said that customers would order a duplicate item they already possessed. When the new item got to them they would replace it with their old one a complain that the product was defective. The website owners would then have to eat that charge. So There it is! I hope some enterprising lawyer will see this and get us together to file a class action, it you want to be in it mail me @ THEHOMEBOYHOOKUP@HOTMAIL.COM. I will see if I can make it happen
