IF YOU HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY METABOFUEL1000/SAVOY 6, PLEASE READ THIS:

As the rest of the complaints on this website, I too, was the victim of this company. It has been 4 months and I have not given up trying to get my money back...PLEASE don't give up, don't let this company get away with this.

FIRST...email them at service@metabofuel.com and MAKE SURE that you've cancelled your "membership" (that you didn't even know you were signing up for) Ask for your money back. They won't give it to you. They will be very evasive. Keep emailing, keep asking.

The next thing that I did was to call my bank, cancel my debit card and have a new one issued so that they couldn't charge my card again for any reason. I then opened a dispute with my bank. Two months later my dispute was closed and the bank found that because the company offers 'terms and conditions' with all of the info (even though we don't know to look for it) it was my fault. I reopened the dispute because I was never even sent additional pills, they charged me for absolutely nothing. It is now pending once again. MAKE SURE that you document all of your contact with the company, type it out and fax it to the investigator...stay on it...they need to know what you're doing to try to get your money back. What they are doing is not ethical, but it's technically legal. Keep email records, be a pain in the a*s...they are a pain in your a*s.

The same day that I opened a dispute with my bank the first time, I contacted the Better Business Bureau online and opened a dispute with them. It didn't get me anywhere, but the more people who do this, the more negative attention is brought to them, the better our chances.

MOST IMPORTANTLY...I read an email on another site from someone who went through all of these steps, also, and was successful when she visited The UTAH STATE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AT WWW.DCP.UTAH.GOV/ENFORCEMENT/COMPLAINT.HTML and filed a complaint against Metabofuel.

Today I filed a complaint.

The more people who file complaints, the better our chances of getting our money back. This company is stealing from us and then refusing to give us our money back and they are within the bounds of the law...let's make it hard, let's change the law.

I am in the process of trying to find out what my legal options are. Because they take such a small amount of money from our accounts individually, they don't think that we will seek out expensive legal advice. I'm using up some favors from friends. I would LOVE to get a group together to look into what our class action options are.
