I purchased what I thought was a program to back up my video games, but what I got was a program that did nothing. I followed the instructions to get a refund whicht stated "reply to this e-mail address for a refund if you are not satisfied, reply with refund in the subject." I did this the same day I purchased this piece of crap program, yet they have not refunded my money. I am now turning this over to my bank as a fraudulant charge I am sure they will get my money back from these scam artists.
