Long-running spamhaus based in India. Does "e-marketing" of all sorts, unfortunately including unsolicited bulk e-mail, e-pending/appending address acquisition, list sales, mailshots and all that realm of abuse vectors. Spams to advertise its own marketing services. Uses fake names in the spam, but generally sends from its own dedicated IPs. Based in India but uses USA and UK mail drops. Uses many aliases, both business names and personal names.
Uses many domains, but not as many as the Russian pillz spammers. Partial list includes:

Here is classic example how Rip-off can be mis-used.
There is no doubt that Rip-off report is a great tool can be used complain about a service provider, or a product etc. I felt very bad when it used to pull down your competition.
Here in this case these companies not operating from US, rip-off does not have any legal coverage in India!. Source information is also invalid. There is no relationship between those domains you have published here. More importantly the contact information you have specified completely invalid.
