I am obligated to file this report after reading several against this company and just imagining how many people have not done this basic research.
It took me about a week and a half to fulfill 6 offers from incentiverewardcenter.com in hopes of receiving an iPod. Sure enough, the website told me I qualified, so I printed the voucher and sent it in. After a week of no status update on the website (it still told me that they hadn't received the voucher), I sent an e-mail via their web form. A week later, I still have received no response.
It has been two weeks since I mailed my voucher, and their website has not updated my status. It still says that they have not received the voucher and cannot send the iPod until they do.
After doing some research, I contacted their customer service hotline (1-866-301-7260) and left a voice mail. Seeing as though it is a Saturday night, I have not received a response. I also have contacted their fulfillment contact (Jilliane Quiroz - jquiroz@marketresearchsite.net) and am hoping for a response. The e-mailing and phone call seems to have worked for most people.
I am waiting on a response before I file an official complaint with the NC and FL Attorneys General. Both will be receiving one soon, though.
I will keep you posted on how this turns out.

I am writing this update to inform everyone what happened in last 4 hours or so.
As I stated in my original report, I e-mailed and called the company through numbers only available here on Ripoff Report. My status was changed to today from them waiting for my voucher to them telling me a shipping request for my iPod has been issued and I should receive my gift soon.
I am not sure if my e-mailing or calling helped, as I didn't receive a response from either contact, but my status changed in one business day.
Assuming I receive my iPod, this Ripoff Report is complete. I'll let you know if I receive it.

Patience, not threats of litigation, work best with this company!

Just a response to all the people on here who have written that the above company is a ripoff. I fulfilled the required number of promotions on 11/26/04 and received my 40G Ipod on 2/2/05.
I must say the entire process was not easy or without concern. Initially their website showed I had not fulfilled everything correctly. This was resolved after several emails and eventually with a phone call to 866-301-7260, which was responded to in about an hour (on a Friday night at 8pm!). I then received an email saying it would take up to six weeks to receive my Ipod. This was approximately 12/22/04. When the six weeks arrived, I called again, only to find out that the Ipod had been shipped two days earlier. They were able to give me a Fedex tracking number, and I received the Ipod on 2/2.
After having read all the complaints on here, I was naturally concerned when the six weeks arrived. However, I did not have to resort to threats of litigation or anything else, just repeated friendly phone calls seeking out the status of my offer. Talking to the person who returned my call (Eddy) was actually a pleasant experience, and he made me aware they are extremely overloaded with responses.
I do wish the company would put their customer service number on their website. I believe that a lot of the reports on here are probably due to the long time it takes them to fulfill orders, combined with the apparent inability to reach the company easily. BTW, I am not affiliated with the company in any way.
Good luck, and be persistent, but patient!
