Ecost Last and the Lost New York New York

ECost took my money and held it for the 3 day period i was supposed to be approved in order to find time i assume to find and produce the product. it was then lost by DHL (Co-Conspiritor Perhaps) and then when proven lost kept my money again instead of refunding me. Was an experiance nobody would go through with a reputable company doing web business. my account is not defiecient 1K for a 10-12 day period for a product never delivered. and proven lost bt DHL.

They don't care it was late and i am not happy. They just plain lied about 2-3 day delivery. And that was a separate purchase. Niether were delivered.

And the refund is being held FOR WHAT???????
