Telus Tells me I am locked into 3 year payments for -Free Gift- that was never sent Vancouver British Columbia

Recieved a promotional call from Telus offering a free Dell Computer if I change to Telus Internet Service. It has been more than one year - No New Computer, and it is not FREE I have been billed an additional $20 per month for the non existant computer. I called to request the advertised rate and to stop paying for this Computer that they tell me is no longer available. They also tell me I am locked into this rate for 3 years and refuse to give credit or end this fraudulent fixed rate.
