Internet Speedway - Ispeedway - Internetspeedway ripoff fake employees deceptive billing dishonest employess fraudulent charges Mesa Arizona

I decided to open a account with ispeedway.com. Upon receiving my package I looked it over and thought it would be great. Upon receining the package it included a toll free number to contact customer service to set up web site.

The person I contacted was Desomond Haynes at 877-773-3305. After speaking to Mr. Haynes 4-5 times , I realized I couldn't afford the set up fees.

So I called Mr. Haynes and cancelled my subscription to ispeedway, when we was done I asked him for a incident number, he said I would'nt need it and asked me to mail package back to company. I did they received package all is good?

A month later I checked the balace on my credit card and found the 69.99 monthly charges for speedway. So I called the number agian and got customer support team member by the name of Tammy.

Tammy states that I didn't call to cancel and that there is no employee named Desmond Haynes or any phone number 877-773-3305, at the time I am writing thius or you can call yourself it is a ispeedway number and you get a answering service.

Since Tammy says there is no employee by that name and that they havve no record of my call.... They are not going to give me back my 69.99.

They turned my account with them over to Monterrey Financail...cannot find ANY info on them.I stressed to Tammy that i feel that this is nothing but a RIPPOFF and that they have FAKE employees working there so that you will be charged with PHONEY 69.99 charges.
Nothing resolved just 69.99 broker
