Anyone looking into this investment, I pray somehow they get info on how these people work. I would hate for them to go thru what many of us are getting. NOTHING EXCEPT LIED TOO. I've read and heard too much. How the state of Florida allows scams like pantheon to keep thier doors open is beyond me.

These people are total scammers. They talk a great story which 89% are false. All I've heard in 5 months are lies.

The machines look good but are way over priced. Then to get support, forgetit. And If you did get a machine up and running. You would have to do all there foot work to make it anything of it.

Then you have them collecting the money except for pocket change,This sounds scary. Imagine them getting the money first.

I have a machine but refuse to partner with them cause I DO NOT TRUST THEM, ANY OF THEM. Jeff Cooper is really Jeff Kuba , will not let me talk to the president, the one who signed my contract after 5 months of BS. Chicken poop. Presently another signed contract with lies cause nothing is happening.

NEW YEARS RESOLUTION. To really heat up and call local agencies and florida gov, These people have ripped me off. Who wants to make a trip to Miami and do some camping and let the truth be known. I've got all my paper work in order. And even know some fox news contacts.

#11 Consumer Suggestion

I'm done with these business in a box cons and all the nonsense that goes along with them.

AUTHOR: Paul - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, February 05, 2005

When I first came to this site months ago, I thought maybe I could explain where the victims went wrong. Perhaps others would read and avoid the fraud.

But, there's no need for me or anyone else to explain anything!

Normal people already know not to send their life savings to some fraud they met over the internet.

I certainly can't contain my contempt for this nonsense. I have nothing nice to say to anyone stupid enough to send their money away for trash like this. That's because I've had to work hard for the things I have. Between the tax man and the cost of living, it's hard to get ahead. Every day, I see smart people who have to struggle just to make ends meet.

Then, when I come here and see people who claim to throw thousands of dollars away on trash! Not a care in the world! Don't check anything. Don't bother to ask questions from someone who might know better. Just mail your money out to anyone that asks for it!

$20k for a worthless internet kiosk that arrives broken, if it arrives at all!
$12k for a bunch of fake candles that aren't even worth $1k!
$6k for someone to call on the phone and talk about a web site!

When I think what I could do with even 10% of what these people hand away every day for this worthless trash! What a god d**n waste!

Do what you want. File complaints. Don't file complaints. Run around in circles chasing your tail. Come here and cry until the cows come home, for all I care. The fraud will stop once your money runs out. That's how the problem will eventually solve itself.

I got no more time to waste on this ridiculous nonsense!

And, for the rocket scientist who thinks I'm working for Pantheon, make your next check out to me. That's Paul Pantheon of Anaheim.

Better yet, donate it to this site. Anyone who sits there and has to read all this foolishness day in and day out certainly deserves it!

Wise man paul ????? Victims don't give up

AUTHOR: Daniel - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 01, 2005

I now honestly feel it. My observation after reading Pauls comments a second time. You sound just like the people who work at Pantheon. You made your danm point again and again just like they do! You must be that expert business investor Pantheon asked to write such positive and helpful comments to us snaked victims. That's right we got snaked into a scam.... OK That's a fact.

We as snaked victims must keep the heat on these people who in fact,Stole our money after we trusted and fell for their lies. Keep the info and calls going to agencies that were listed in one of my complaints (addresses to key agencies) and any other source that may bring help. There is nothing more I would like to do then forget about this ordeal, But no way! Keep the heat on people! Don't give up.

Middle-class America is too concerned with their own survival to cry with you, Eric!

AUTHOR: Paul - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, January 30, 2005

Especially when they find out that you handed away $45k of your parent's hard-earned money.

You wonder why I look at you with contempt? It's not so hard to understand, Eric.

According to your complaint, you are the latest SUCKER to lose it all by trusting someone. You say that I should have done this research BEFORE burning FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS.

You see, Eric, when you post here, it gets read by lots of people. I guarantee you that most of the readers don't have $45k to waste.

I know I don't!

I called you foolish and irresponsible. Here's one reason why. Look at the top three google listings for Pantheon Holdings.

Internet Kiosk Business
Only $9495. Why pay more? Includes WiFi Hotspot

Number one is a CHEAPER company. It's half the price of Pantheon. And, it comes with WIFI. Supposedly. It may very well be fraud too. But, the point is it's better to lose $9500 than $20,000.

Number two is Pantheon.

And, number 3 is Daniel's ripoff report. It was right there for you, almost 2 weeks before you sent any money to Pantheon. The staff at this site work hard, day and night, to provide the information just so people like you don't have to say I didn't know.

But you don't check. You don't look. The crazy thing is that you're buying a machine for the internet. But, you won't bother to check the very internet that you want to provide to people. The irony of the whole situation!

It's hard to feel much sympathy when I see that others worked hard to help keep you safe from fraud. For you, that work was all for nothing.

Plus, consider this. Thanks to you, Pantheon now has a lot more money to attack this site with. Do you think they want a ripoff report right underneath them? I suggest that you donate money, as requested. Of course, anything you send here won't begin to match what you sent to Pantheon. The absolute last thing anyone needs is for someone to keep feeding these d**n frauds. You want revenge? Spend the money to keep this site right under Pantheon. That way, you have a good chance of starving the frauds out!

Trust me, I feel sorry for you. I wish there was a solution I could provide that would get even a portion of your money back. Unfortunately, it doesn't work like that.

I have sympathy for victims. Victims like the people injured in the train crash this week. Innocent people, who were minding their own business. On the way to work. Injured or killed when some jackass left his car on the tracks. He jumps out at the last minute. He didn't have the guts to die. The innocent victims didn't get that same chance. For many, life was drastically altered or snuffed out altogether.

That's who deserves my sympathy.

For people like you, who, by your own admission, make stupid decisions, well, all I can say is live and learn.

#8 Consumer Suggestion

The only thing I'm connected to is reality.

AUTHOR: Paul - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, January 29, 2005

I read. I watch the news. I stay informed as to what is going on in my immediate world and the country as a whole. I try to stay up on the things I need to spot and avoid in life.

That way, fraud won't catch me off guard!

If I find myself in a situation that I don't fully understand, then I go to the library and read up on it. I don't go hiking off into the woods in the winter without a map and a reliable compass. Search and rescue hauls the people that do that back out in body bags.

I don't believe salesmen. I certainly don't believe anything a company says when they are trying to sell me anything. I check for myself. I go out and sit by the internet kiosk for two hours and watch the people who use it. I'm not interested in these internet machines in any way. But, if I was, I'd certainly take the time to check them out. I'd wanna know who uses them. Why they use them. How much they spend. And, whether this will be something that will still be needed in the next 5 to 10 years.

That's how I do things. As a matter of fact, that's how most people do things!

The reason I told you to forget the complaints is because they don't work. People have been getting cheated for longer than you have been alive. Most of them never get a dime back.

I see that. I already know what your attorney is going to tell you. I know what the federal agencies are likely to tell you, too.

But, you need to learn all this for yourself. So, by all means, run the whole course. File everything. Complain to everyone.

I wrote a rebuttal on the modem dialer con. It's under the name Premium Premier Communications. Search here, at the top. Maybe you can use some of those contacts to file complaints.

Just do me and all your fellow victims one simple favor. Come back here in 3 to 6 months or so and tell us how you did.

After you filed your complaints, tell everyone here what you found. I don't think you'll find anyone to help you. But, I'm not positive about this. So, you, the victim, need to check it out and report back.

If this fraud can be stopped or prevented, then everyone here would like to know that. For the money that was lost, they certainly deserve it!

But if, as I suspect, there is nothing that can be done, then the victims need to know that too. You see, there is only one thing worse than getting cheated out of big money. That's dragging the whole rotten mess out for a year longer and wasting another $5k on legal remedies that have no chance of success.

Contrary to what you think, I'd like nothing more than to see every one of these pages blank because the frauds are all gone. Yes, the victims here are foolish and gullible. But, that still isn't a good reason to let these frauds cheat them. Nobody deserves that, no matter how trusting they are with their money.

So please, tell us what you find. Tell everyone here if you can find any way to get even a small percentage of the lost money back. Or, even if you can find an agency that is willing to prosecute and convict this and other crooked companies. If you have an installed machine, what is the income? Can it make money? Can it be resold, and for how much? In short, what, if anything, can other victims like you do once they have been cheated?

Is that a deal, Daniel?

Bud, you are such a big phuking jerk, I haven't read one decent post here from you. You have nuthing but mean-spirited, rude, degrading, immature hateful things to write to people who are already down and out and hurt.

You are the type of person who would stop at an automobile accident and kick the severly wounded as hard as you can telling them how stupid they are for getting into an accident and impeding your path home or to hell where ever it is you are going.

No one here is interested in what you have to say, perhaps you are even an employee or friend of one of those satans at Pantheon.

GET A LIFE AND LEAVE US ALONE YOU IDIOT.!!!!

Paul It's a premeditated scam

AUTHOR: Daniel - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, January 29, 2005

Paul what you wrote has alot of truth to it. After reading it I asked myself, does this guy have some connection with Pantheon? It's possible! We as Victims are to blame in alot of ways, but that doesn't give these crooks the right to promote and mislead investors on false information.

It's a premeditated scam. We were stupid enough to trust and believe in their tactical promotion and then not do some follow up homework, that was not wise.

Trust and believing was our biggest mistake. These people are very good at telling you what one wants to hear and that is simply, ground breaking money making machines.

Paul you made your point. But This sould not stop any of us from seeking justice. Let The truth be known, so keep the letters and phone calls going out to as many agencies as possible.

Hopefully some day these people will pay the price for being such greedy and dishonest Americans.

#2 Consumer Suggestion

Do you wonder why the various attorney generals let this go on?

AUTHOR: Paul - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, January 28, 2005

Do you wonder why the various attorney generals let this go on? There are 3 basic reasons.

First, there is tons of fraud. They can't stop it all, even if they wanted to. They are simply understaffed and overworked. They pick the major cons that affect the most people. The greatest good with the limited resources that they have.

Second, it's hard to prosecute. Pantheon doesn't beat anyone over the head and take their money. Everyone willingly hands it away. At that point, it becomes a civil matter. Plus, Pantheon actually delivers something in many cases. Granted, the machine they send is junk. And, it's certainly not worth $20k. This is fraud, no doubt about it. But, in a court of law, it's not so easy to prove. Long hours and much investigation would be needed to bring these frauds to justice.

And, last, look at the victims. The majority of them foolishly hand their money away on a business-in-a-box con. It's hard to have sympathy for people who throw their money away like this. How could anyone not know this is fraud? The signs are so obvious! People who buy these Pantheon machine are determined to throw their money away. There is nothing the feds can do to stop them. So why even bother?

Here's how a real business person would approach this whole thing.

First, after hearing about Pantheon, they would laugh and hang up. It's the business in a box con. That's glaringly obvious. Pantheon offers to do the complete job, holding your hand every step of the way. First, they sell you a machine. Next, they find locations. Then, they provide for the install. They even offer to help you generate revenue through on-screen ads.

A real business person doesn't need all this. All he needs is the machine. He is more than capable of finding his own locations. And, he is more than capable of handling the installation, too. He already knows how to generate revenue once he has the machine. The real business person only needs the machine. He doesn't need anyone to hold his hand and walk him through the whole setup and installation procedure.

And, a real business person wouldn't buy from Pantheon in the first place. The machine is way overpriced. Anyone who deals with these machines would instantly know that. Real people go to where Pantheon buys the machines. They buy it for 1/3 of what these frauds charge.

So, you see, no real businessmen are getting taken by these frauds. The minute they see the nonsense that Pantheon offers, they laugh and hang up. So, who are the victims? Business wanna-bes. People who can't figure out anything for themselves.

Even a beginner can spot this fraud. It's not hard. First, look at the income. It's not there. These machines are obsolete. The current trend is WIFI installations. Everybody that investigates the deal sees that. Laptops come with WIFI built right in now. That's how people surf. Go to Starbucks. See the box on the outside of the building. That's their antenna. That's what all the major players are doing now.

So, right off the bat, even a beginner would see that Pantheon is hustling off outdated technology. Go look at these internet kiosks. Nobody uses them anymore. They sit there, just taking up space. Not making a dime. People vandalize them. Any beginner who bothered to check would readily see that.

But, let's say that a beginner was determined to have these internet kiosks anyway. He still wouldn't buy from Pantheon because he'd quickly determine that the same machine could be gotten for $6k, not the $20k that Pantheon charges. Real people don't just plunk down the money. They go out and check to see what the item is really selling for.

So, you see, Pantheon is there for the people who won't check anything. They won't go out and find one of these machines and watch to see how often people use it. They won't check the internet to see if they can find a lower price. They won't learn how to install anything. Basically, the victims aren't willing to do anything at all. They call up Pantheon and say here's my money, set up my machine and make me rich.

That's why, anytime you see a complete business-in-a-box con, you're most likely looking at fraud. Real business people just need supplies, not the whole setup. And, they won't pay three times what the machine is really worth.

It wouldn't matter if Pantheon was there or not. If you are determined to pay somebody to make you rich, you will keep searching until you find it. If the victims weren't cheated by Pantheon, then it would be some other fraud.

The answer is simple. If you want a business, be willing to work to make one. You can't expect to sit back and watch somebody do all the work for you. The people who think they can do that always end up getting cheated. After a loss or two, they smarten up. That solves the problem. Meanwhile, the feds are free to concentrate their efforts on more important things.

In short, don't depend on others to save you. It's like jumping off a building. Don't expect the fire department to set up a net and catch you. If you're crazy enough to send your money to a fraud you met on the internet, then you'll just have to pay the consequences.

The thing that gets me the most in all this is watching these victims after they figure out they have been cheated. They get all riled up, huffing and puffing and calling every federal agency they can find. Funny, if they had bothered to do this investigation in the first place, none of this would have happened!

It's up to you to navigate your way through the world. Don't expect to sit back and wait for everybody else to handle things for you, and then start bawling when it doesn't work out like you dreamed it would.

These frauds are easy to spot. And, this site makes it even easier by spelling out the whole con in black and white. There is simply no excuse for anyone who throws their money away on some fraud they met over the internet. When that happens, it's laziness, pure and simple. Now, you see why nobody is dropping everything to save these Pantheon victims?

You want a real business? First, go to the library and check out a dozen books on starting one. Then, sit and read until you begin to have a sense of what's required. That's how a beginner gets started. He doesn't go out and throw money at a fraud and then come bawling home after it doesn't work out.

It may be too late to get your money back, but at least now you'll understand how to get started if you are really serious about having a business of your own.

Jeff Kuba and Alan Glaubman are compulsive liars and have stolen alot of money from many investors. My suggestion is to get your paper work togeather and send it to as many agencies as possible such as Attorney General in Ft Lauderdale, 110 SE 6th St 33301, US Postal Inspection Service 3400 Lakeside Dr. Miramar, Fl 33027 and even US Dept of Justice 1331 Pennsylvania Ave NW Suite 951n Washington DC 20004. Anything to let it be known. Local and Gov know whats going on I just can not understand why they let them do it. We as victims can kiss our hard earned money away. The only gratitude we'll receive is knowing this people get what there due. I have learned a great deal from this horrible expierence and mentally it has drained me. I need to suck it up and go on with life as a helping good American. I will join anyone who seems to be making progress in taking these crooks down.
