I was paying this company for an extended warranty every month and when my vehicle had an issue i towed it to the local dealership and it took 2 months for their company to communicate with my service advisor and myself.
They are completly unprofessional, all their inspectors reports are misleading and have many errors. He even got the engine wrong. Really?? If he cant even put the correct engine down how can i believe anything his report says.
In the end they are not going to pay for the repair for my vehicle which is over $5,000. they claim that i was driving the vehicle with lack of oil and caused engine damage, but their 1st inspector said the oil levels were normal.
They are scam artists and use loop holes and lack of communication to get away with robbery.
STAY AWAY from Interstate National Dealer Services!!
