InTown Suites Managers assault tenants for wearing underwear when answering the maid's knock on the door Clearwater Florida

The preceding rebuttal was obviously written by the Corporate Office, given its familiarity with property boundaries. So why did they not identify themselves, instead of using a phony name? Note the contempt InTown Suites has for its customers, and their lack of concern about their reputation.

Therefore, InTown Suites has perpetrated the following:

They have failed to apologize for physically assaulting me, and unlawfully entering my apartment. In fact, they have insulted me by saying I should live in a jungle because I answered the maid's knock on the door in the morning in my underwear. Talk about disrespect and hypocrisy. I answered the door to facilite her changing of my sheets. I had no problem answering the door in my underwwear for three weeks until a Black Manager, Randy Hart (from the Corp. Ofc.), substituted for the White Manager. The Black maid, Beatrice, had no problem with my underwear until Mr. Hart arrived. Even after she complained to Mr. Hart, she entered my apartment again while I was in my underwear. Obviously, there is a racial issue here. I do not own a robe.

They failed to discipline the Manager who assaulted me. In fact, they wrote me a threatening letter to prevent me from posting negative reviews. They knowingly employ a violent criminal, Mr. Hart.

They have refused to refund my $50 deposit.

If they have problems with tenants who wear underwear in their own apartments, they should go to public swimming pools and beaches, and tell everyone that they are "disrespectful" for wearing similar attire in public. Such an assumption is paranoid and racist.

I think it's obvious that Mr. Hart and Beatrice are more suited to a jungle environment than I am.

The Merchant should warn tenants that the local police department does no know whether Clearwater, or Largo, has jurisdiction in the event of an emergency. Clearwater PD says Largo, the Merchant says Clearwater, Largo says Largo. So tell the Largo PD they don't know what they're doing.

InTown Suites is based in Atlanta, GA, the Chocolate City. Talk about jungles. Strange that they should originate this reference.

It is inappropriate behavior and disrespectful to answer the door in your underwear. If that doesn't suit your lifestyle then go live in the jungle.

They did not lie. The city boundaries are close; Largo is both east and west of their location but 2833 Roosevelt Boulevard is in Clearwater. The city boundary for Clearwater dips south to include a small area between 61st Street North and 62nd Street North.
