Followed all the instructions to return QuickBooks and even sent the software package back Priority Mail with Return Receipt and have yet to hear back or receive my refund. The package was sent back in October of 2010 after reviewing the software for five days. This bulbous resource hog was promptly removed from my system and I sent it back. Here it is February of 2011 and they have my money AND the software. Don't buy this pig. It not only collects and sends your information to what might be overseas but also runs up to four "services" on your system even when QuickBooks isn't running. Presumably, this is part of their tracking and spying routines.
