I have been processing this card from a customer overseas with Intuit but apparently, they just enjoy filing cases for you even with those credit cards that have been proven through time to be legitimate and applicable.

They filed a case without any phone call about it, they just sent me an email. I called but then, Freddy, who was handling my case was not available. And so I just complied with the requirements that they need for me to clear the case (they gave me 2 cases in a month!). And the next thing I knew it, they wanted to put the funds on hold because I have another location for my business! Can't businesses have different branches? They also knew from the start because I gave both addresses when I signed up for the account.

Then another excuse that they gave me was that I have to submit a security deposit for this transaction. Where in the world do you want to give a security deposit for a credit card transaction from your customer? They are also very rude. I was just talking fast because I was trying to explain my situation and this African American lady yelled at me and told me that I had an attitude and that I was yelling at her! Such a freak of nature! She didn't even realize she was exaggerating every syllable to me and yelling at the same time.

My customer also told me that her card has been charged already and that it has been charged from the day that I processed her invoice. It has been a week already and Freddy, who did not give me any updates or whatsoever, has not done anything to relieve the situation.
