I bought Intuit QuickBooks Pro 2010 in good faith. Reading all the information (I thought) that was written on the box. I felt that I was buying a product that would allow up to five users to access this program at the same time.

The back of the box states that Pro2010 allows multiple users to work in QuickBooks at the same time (up to 5 in bold red lettering). On the side of the box (again in bold lettering - this time black) it states that this program is Multi-User.

After installing the program I found out that there was no option to use this software by more than one user. I contacted Intuit and asked why there was no option for this and they said that I would have to purchase more licenses. This is after I spent $145 and could not find anything that supported this. They told me to look on the side of the box in the bottom corner (I literally had to use a magnifying glass) to see the note that this is a single user license.

They refuse to refund any money or take any responsibility for hiding the fact that this is a single user product. If they wanted to be honest why didn't they put that in bold letters instead of hiding it and listing that this was a multi-user product? I feel that I got ripped off because they couldn't be up front with their description of the product. I hope that others will read this report and avoid Intuit and their deceptive ways of selling products. I certainly would not have purchased this product if I knew that it was not multi-user.

They even say that there is a sixty day Money Back guarantee if you are not satisfied with this product. They won't stand by that either!
