We signed up for the free 30 day trial. We moved our items over from ebay since intuit is ebay friendly.

After we moved our items over it said we had too many items and we needed to upgrade our store to a $59.99 store. We did that. Intuit is not user friendly at all. I sent them an email and I called, to cancel our store. I called and contacted the corporate office. Someone in Corporate called the programers. They called my husband and said that the charges have already gone thru. We spook with Imar who is whom we have been dealing with all along. He was so sorry that we had this problem and us his personal number. And then talked my husband into letting him handle our account and he will build it for us and put us in the top of google searches for $1,200 and $1,400 to build the store. Well 2 months have come and gone. We have $800.00 for partial payment of building and google search + 120.00 for the store. When we call we are forced to hold for 30 to 45 minutes. We have emailed them to no avail. We have paid for 2 of the 4 months top google searches and our store is not running yet. Now we are going on month 3. I have called the Corporate and spoke with Sonja who is suppose to be the presidents secretary and given her all my complaints for the 2nd time. After looking on the internet I am reading nothing but complaints about intuit. This problem is not just happening to me. There are many people that are going thru the same problems. Oh also not to mention we have had a business loss of sales for 2 months now! Something needs to be done. I don't understand how this 1 billion in sales Company is allowed to rip people off like this and get away with it! Are there any class action law suits going on? If so I am interested. I think we need legal help.
