I purchased an Aqua Swiss watch from this company a few years back. Finally the battery ran out, so I went to get it replaced. Once the watch was opened, much to my surprise, we found that it was a cheap Japanese Movement, not the Swiss movement that was promised. The watch was advertised and sold as 100% authentic through eBay.
I contacted the business to inform them of the watch they sold me was fake. They didn't care one bit. In fact they seemed well versed, like they deal with this situation quite often. They said that since it was not purchased within the last year (which is what they warranty for) that they can do nothing for me.
I do not make it a point to disassemble brand new watches I purchase and inspect for authenticity. This was my mistake.
Do NOT buy watches from these SCAM ARTISTS - they deal in high end replicas and NOT authentic watches.

Inventory Adjusters is a scam and sells replicas

While it is true that I purchased the watch 5 years ago, there was no need to inspect the movement until the battery needed to be replaced. Once the battery died, I took the back off only to find that the movement was a Japanese movement, The case back states that it is a Swiss Movement which is not the case. The simple fact is that I bought a watch that was advertised as a Swiss Movement, it is labeled as having a Swiss Movement and it actually has a Japanese Movement. It is a replica watch.
I contacted the company only for them to tell me that they do not stand behind their product and refused to correct the matter. If reputation mattered, they would do the right thing here and attempt to correct their oversight in selling me a replica Aqua Swiss watch. They still have some of these watches in stock and selling on eBay and can very easily take the back off one to see that my claim is 100% a fact.
Either way, they have been reported to the Attorney General of AZ and I have turned over proof that they sell replica watches, now it is time to get the word out. I can guarantee that I will cost these scam artists more business and money than if they were to do the right thing and accept return this replica watch. I have already sent a Constant Contact email to my network of over 12,000 Arizona Business Owners to notify them to steer clear of these scam artists.

This customer contacted us regarding an item he had purchased over five years ago. As we inspect every item we sell to verify the authenticity, and have been doing this for over 26 years, we do not know where this individual is getting his information. If the watch operated correctly for over five years without any issues, it is highly doubtful it contains anything but the correct movement and parts.
We have sold hundreds of thousands of watches at trade shows all over the United States, have sold well over 100,000 watches on eBay and currently have a stellar rating of 99.5% positive reviews, and would never risk our reputation or face possible legal and civil consequences by selling an item that would possibly not be authentic.
Advertisers above have met our
strict standards for business conduct.
