I have gone as far as getting a judgement against Dan Doyle and Southwest Realty and have hit a dead end legally. He does this a lot to people and has figured out how to stay invisible. My attorney told me today that it would be difficult if not impossible to pursue him. If anyone has had luck against Mr. Doyle I would appreciate input from him.

We have had a similar interaction with Dan Doyle and are in the process of contacting an attorney. I am curious as to why this guy is so elusive, even though he is so blatant about his thefts. Any insights so that we can share it with our attorney.
