Miguel Perez has been arrested and is in jail , several felonies, including mortgage Fraud. His wife Maritza Perez has 8 warrants, but has not been found by the sheriffs department. If you have been a victim of these two and there business scams I urge you to contact the States Attorneys office on Little Road in New Port Richey,Florida. They are the ones who brought the charges. Please help prosecute these people and those who have participate with them and put an end to the years of fraud and destroying peoples finances that have gone on.

The man, the dirt bag, the scum bag has been found guilty. That makes me very happy. It's an extra special Christmas gift for all the victims, myself included. I take lots of comfort in the fact that Miguel Perez will face the consequences of his crimes. If only he were smart and took a plea deal like his wife and son. I look forward to the sentencing hearing and find out what the sentence will be Woo h*o!
