Investors hub is a tool used to attack companies or to pump companies.  I was a member for 9 years and cancelled membership on several occasion because of ADMIN bias toward pumps or attacks on companies.

Matt at ihub was already indicted so its proof that the corrupt iron is hot over there. 

I have been deleted and booted and deleted and booted for posting my opinion on companies.  Ihub will attack and delete your account if u post something cotrary to thier long or short position.  They are a large player in the chatboard arena and really use in a corrupt manner to benefit themselves.

Its sad it used to be the best chat board and learning center out there years ago.  But now so corrupt it just needs to be shut down and sold to someone with morals.

Feel free to contact me I would gladly share info or participate in class action against this corrupt company.

While I will not argue that Admin does not play favorites, and they do turn a blind eye to the Pump and Dump scams,(which ARE there 24/7/365) I have never had any strange charges on my CC nor do I get spam or porn.
There are some educational boards on Ihub, FA and TA learning boards where they do not allow pumping.
There are also some very good trading/discussion boards. IMO.
As for the stock specific boards and the P&D? There is KoolAid on every message board. Yahoo, Google, Ihub, and the other less well known ones.

If you drink too much KoolAid you will get a belly ache. I don't drink KoolAid anymore. I'll stick with my FA&TA.

As you dodged reponding to my previous questions now exposed as FACT, what critical questions in the future might you next avoid? You very well knew and others in Ihub-Admin knew of Matt's ongoing investigation from sometime back in 2007 or earlier. So quick to respond to an initial false allegation posted in this thread but quiet as a chuchmouse when later confronted with the TRUTH!

Now that more details are out, re-reading your post below dated August 25, 2006 reveals clearly that you knew of Matt's narcissit games while conveniently running deletion/ban interference as the ONLY admin in CONTROL!

This report was filed in retaliation, because IHub became aware of their fraudulent activities, and terminated their accounts.

I have used Investors Hub for many years (since Jan 2001), and have nothing but the highest respect for Investors Hub, and Matt Brown.

They run a very fair stock forum, even in difficult circumstances.

It is unfair that they be maligned falsely by stock swindlers here on Ripoff Report. These people are using Ripoff Report merely as a retaliatory measure, because IHub caught them in their fraudulent activities and terminated their accounts.

But they kept re registering using new names/aliases.

We at IHub do not want these kinds of persons amongst us, and aplaud Matt Brown and his team in ferreting out these scammers.

FRANK MERHIB SUES INVESTORSHUB.COM FOR FAILING TO REMOVE LIBELOUS PUBLICATION FROM THERE MESSAGE BOARD

Pembroke Pines, FL 12/17/2008 Frank Merhib filed a lawsuit in Broward county court against www.InvestorsHub.com ; a Florida Corporation for allowing a Libelous Publication to remain on there message boards for over 5 years. Before this suit was filed Investors Hub who is owned & operated by President Bob Zumbrunnen & Matt Brown were contacted and asked to please remove the post. They were also offered proof that the posting about Frank Merhib was filled with Lies that were False, malicious, defamatory and harmful to his reputation. Investor Hub's response to our concerns over this post is that there policy is not to remove any posting that are put on there message board's regardless of the facts being true or not. On December10 2008 the complaint to sue Investors Hub was posted on www.InvestorsHub.com as a reply to the original Libelous post. It appears to us that Investors Hub only want to enforce there policy when it seems to suit them and there interest's. Within 5 days of the suit being added to the Investors Hub message board it was removed and the poster's Privileges were Suspended Until 9/7/2011. Frank Merhib advises anyone who feels that any message board that is being used to cause there personal or business name to be harmed in a manner that is False, malicious, defamatory and libelous to Take action immediately. These Message boards amount to no more then a venue for people to Gossip and spread lies That either cause harm to innocent people's reputations or business or as a outlet to pump stock's to uninformed investors or Drive stock prices down with lies to benefit short sellers in the stock market . The owners of these web-site message boards need to be held accountable for what is posted on there Boards. If you feel you have been victimized please contact an Attorney immediately. It is strongly recommended that before you buy or sell any stock from any message board posting on www.InvestorsHub.com contact the Securities and Exchange Commission at www.sec.gov to confirm that the information you are reading on there boards is true and correct and not the work of a pump and dump or short selling scheme. Your response only serves to legitimize the author's far-fetched allegations againsdt investorshub.com. So while you're in such a responsive mood, would you kindly respond to some not so far-fetched allegations made against investorshub.com and it's chief administrator, Matt Brown?

In the two links provided below, could you please respond to the blog posted allegation that Matt Brown's house was possibly raided sometime in February/2007 in connection with a "suspicion of money laundering" ongoing investigation? Also, could you please respond to any additional possible associations with ihub poster "EVO" in that same ongoing investigation?

Clearly if this individual was being truthful he would have been entitled to a refund for charges to his card.

This individual filing this report forfeited his privileges after numerous warnings for violating the site's usage guidelines. He has continued to register multiple accounts in order to manipulate the dialog of investment discussion boards on iHub, yet another violation of the User Agreement. He was not and is not entitled to refund and he is well aware of that and the multiple reasons.

His report of "credit card has been charged many times" was filed in August, 2007. iHub NEVER initiates credit card charges. All charges are intiated by the customer, including recurring subscriptions, which were not even available until December 2007. Further, iHub uses third party processors such as Verisign and thus does not have ANY customer's credit card information. It would be IMPOSSIBLE for iHub to "charge his credit card many times" since iHub does not have the abiility to do so.

iHub does not have any so-called "spy-ware" as tens of thousands of weekly users can attest. That claim is yet another patently false allegation by this complainant.

Lastly, if this person finds himself spammed by "porn sites" it is undoubtedly the result of his surfing activities and not his past use of InvestorsHub. He has been invited and encouraged to take his business elsewhere since he is either unwilling or unable to engage in civil, mature dialog and abide by the site's rules pertaining to user conduct.
