Invicta Watch Company Horrible Customer service, quote one price and then hold item hostage for more money Hollywood Florida

I was told to send my watch in for repair and it would cost me $28. Once they received my watch they stated that it was another $32 more. I was not happy but I paid and once they took the money they stated that it would take up to 90 days to get back because they send it to Switzerland which they did not stated originally. Minnie Weathers stated that it could take less but I have found that they just say that to keep you quiet. 

3 months goes by and I get an email from the shipping company stating they could not delivery my package as they needed a signature. I work during the day so I cannot sign for it and told the Watch company to release the package as I have done with many other companies. Minnie Weathers refused to. I told them I would pick it up the next day at the closest location to my home as I was going out of town. They waited to contact the shipping company and the watch went out for delivery for the 2nd attempt. I emailed them again about the delivery and they stated that I could pick it up from a location that was not close to my home as soon as I was contacted by the shipping company. I stated again that I needed to pick it up today but Minnie Weathers said that she could not get a hold of the shipping company. I asked again for the package to be released and they stated it was not their policy. 

I now have to wait more time and go completely out of my way to pick up this package that I have been waiting 3 months for and hope that it is not damaged as I have heard that many people have experienced and that it is the correct watch.

I feel that I have been treated rather poorly by Minnie Weathers and to say that I am disappointed in the company in general is an understatement.
