I own 7 or 8 Invicta watches because I have always liked the stylish models they are always bringing to market and some were gifts to me from my wife.

I have models 0980 and 12884 that have a costs of $400 plus each.

I have owned these two since 7/14/2014 but about every three months the bands break in the exact same place on each.

I have sent 17 emails beginning 8/8/2016. On 8/11/2016 I did get a response telling me to send my credit card information and they would sell me the bands for $45.00 each. I had been paying $75.00 to $80.00 per band until this one particular email.

So I did send the information requested on 9/22/2016 they charged me but I have yet to recieve a band or response since.

They charged my card but will not return emails I have sent and when you call customer service the wait time is 2 to 4 hours every time.

When you are working trying to make a living you can not tie up your line for that amount of time. All I want is what I paid for nothing less nothing more.

I think they should either replace the bands and send a couple for each or replace both watches ASAP even if the style is close but with a more durable band. But not responding at all makes me feel like they know there is a design flaw and are dodging calls and emails.

The first few I was able to purchase took 90 days and had to send in the watches but now you can not even sign into their site to track the package and I am not comfortable until I have a contact at corporate.

I highly recommend to look at other brands before you spend your money on Invicta watches.

I have seen many reviews just as mine online in other places. i hope this rip off report will help me recover my money and resolve the issue as they have on other products in the past.
