Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Well I bought this package cause they said they were running low and just needed too get rid of them.  Showed me a price list, gave me all these lines about how better there meat was anything.  Felt pressured.  The package looked good but as you defrost they looked terrible.  As they were cooked it was like a quarter a bacon filet hmm not enough too fill one person.  They never gave me a reciept now I am sure I know why.  They wanted the big box it come in cause they said they donated it too boy scouts, now I wonder was  that a lie also. 

I do believe now they wanted it so they could keep me from contacting anyone.  I want my money back and you can have this meat.  I have morals or I would cancel my check.  I do not and never will recommend this too anyone.  I will also contact anyone I have too.  I do not want anyone else too get ripped off on there scam stinking meat that is grossss!!!

Wow, people actually buy steak from a salesman? Seriously? I didn't think that actually happened in real life...And then, on top of that, you said the salesman told you they were looking to get rid of 'em...Um, duh, HELLO, 1st clue alert!!! Next time, go to Wal-Mart and buy a ribeye for $9

I had the Iowa Steak salesman come to my door. He brought in 2 boxes and made his sales pitch. I was suppose to get a huge box of wonderful steaks and then a box of seafood that was to die for. The steaks were $280 and I could get the box of seafood box for $50 instead of $150. Never trying it before my husband and I agreed to try it.

This was the worst mistake we ever made. First we tried the rib eye's. All I can say is when we opened the package it smelled like rotting flesh. When they cooked they smelled even worse. Eating them was impossible. They had such a horrible taste even my dog would not touch them. So we then tried the seafood box. My husband cooked the shrimp and some flounder. The shrimp was like leather and the flounder tasted like nasty muddy fish. It was horrible.

Needless to say the next 48hours my whole family was sick including my two children under 4. I called the company and was told that maybe I got a bad batch. I told them that I wanted a refund and they denied me. They told me I only had 72hrs to request a refund. After that they could only swap it out for new product. I was furious since the salesman told me there was a 100% money back guarantee.

The manager on the phone told me to try cooking something else and call him in the morning with the results. That night I cooked the crab legs I got in the seafood box along with some new york strips. The Steaks were horrible once again. They smelled an tasted like rotten meat. The crab legs were slimey in the inside after cooked and the water was dark black. And they tasted like vinegar. So Once again I called the manager and told him the results.

Today(3-1-12) I was brought a new box of steaks and a box of seafood that had scallops, lobster tail, and shrimp.. I was told to try it and I would be much happier. We just got done cooking the lobster tail.. There was No taste to it at all. As for the scallops.. Everyone knows what imitation crab taste like. Thats just what the scallops tasted like, besides they were hard as rubber.

Then once again we tried the steaks. We went with the rib eyes once again. Bad choice as the one before. They smelled horrible and tasted even worse. When I called the company I was told the same thing. They did not do refunds. So Now I have all this nasty meat in my home that me nor my kids will eat. My kids were sick for days the last time they ate it. Once I called the manager and told him my kids were sick from it all I got was a "Sorry."

They still refuse to give me my money back. The money that was spent on this product is what usually buys meat, cereal, and vegetables for a whole month for my family. Now I have to try to find a way to buy food for my family because these people cheated me out of this money. I think its sad that they do not stand behind their product. And its even worse you can get better meat on the side of the road than what they sell you.

 I will never buy from them again and I will never tell anyone to buy from them. Their food is horrible and their company is crooked!! I have actually thought about obtaining a lawyer and going after the company for food poisoning since my kids got deathly ill from eating their product!!
