I left my vehicle in service to have repairs made and when I went to pick it up I had found me truck was broken into and items exceeding $2000 had been stolen. I then reported it to service manager and he said they have had a bunch of theft going on for months and suspected security co but couldn't prove it and I would have to report my lose to my insurance. I've called back many times and keep getting the run around. Do I need to find a lawyer to resolve my issue?
