iPage I have been lied to about a product, they deleted my support tickets to cover there back and they have cost me hundreds of hours and over $1000 of my money I have invested into my site, now my site ha Cambridge, Massachusetts

I first joined www.ipage.com in May 2011, since then it has been nothing but stress and strain, with there servers continuously crashing to there incompetent staff who do nothing but apologize and read there scripts they are given, they have never been helpful and now they have decided to lie to me, it started off with me making a mistake on my file manager (where the files for the websites are) I promptly emailed ipage and asked if there was anything I can do, they told me I should purchase there backup system for 1 year, I was told it restores files for the past 7 days, so I left it for a few days due to it being Christmas and not having the money in my account at the time, a few days pass and I try to purchase the backup services, despite using 2 bank accounts and 1 paypal account they continued to tell me that there was not enough money, despite the fact that I had just been paid from my ebay account, they continued to try using my card, I logged in to ipage to ask what was going on and I noticed the backup system service on my account dashboard, I clicked on it to restore my account and to my shock it did not go back 7 days it only went back 3 days, so I contacted ipage and they told me that the person who told me this was wrong and it would only be a few days and not 7 days, so I told them I want a full refund for the year I have paid, this is because I have spent hundreds of hours on my website and over $1000 trying to get it perfect, there were a lot of support tickets submitted and a lot of talking they told me they would forward my complaint to the support team, about 3 days later I got a respond asking me to supply them with evidence, so I went back to where my support tickets were so I could take a screen shot of the support tickets where there staff member had said I would have 7 days to restore files, it turned out that they had deleted all relevant support tickets, they deny this, but I have other screen shots for all the support ticket confirmation emails they sent to my hotmail account, despite all of this they still refuse to give me a full refund and they will only refund me up until may 2012, this is disgusting, if I used Bluehost or Godaddy there would have been no problems with this, they would have known what they were talking about and there staff would know what they are doing.. I have over 40 screen shots full of evidence of server crashes and proof they have deleted support tickets to cover there own back.

If anyone can help me or point me in the right direction about what I should do then I would appreciate it.
