I was needing a Web host and a Website Builder so I could take my company on the intrenet.I researched differant Hosting Companies for about a month. I finally decided on Ipage for my web builder and Ipower for my Web Host.

I E-mailed them and in a couple of hours they called me back; I spoke to a Keven I think, then was turned over to Lisa at ext. 6820.Lisa told me they had a plan that was just right for me that offered a 30 day unconditional money back gaurentee, if I wasen't completely happy. That was August 11, 2006
Later Friday night I signed back on and tried to access my account, and could not..

I tried again on Saturday and again on Sunday, and was NEVER able to access my account.I called tech support and they told me I didn't have an account with them. By that time I was getting angry.
By Sunday night August 13,2006 I had decided to cancel this whole thing.

First thing Monday morning I called Ipower and was connected to the billing department, I told them to cancel this account and they couldn't find me either, after putting me on hold for more than 15 minutes they finally came back to me and told me that thet would cancel the account as of August 14,2006. They told me my money would be returned to me in 2 to 3 days.

Within just a very few minutes Lisa called me on the phone and wanted to know why I was cancelling my account, I told her exactly what had happened and that I was VERY unhappy with the sertvices I had not recieved, and to make sure this account was canceled, she said she would.

I waited the 3 days for my money to be trturned to my bank account, as I paid with a Debit Card, by Thursday I checked my bank account and still no money.

I called the billing department again and told them I wanted my money back NOW, I was told then that it took 5 to 7 days to get a refund. I told them it didn't take them 5 to 7 days to take my money out of my bank account. I told them it was compeletly unsatisifactory, and I wanted to speak to a supervisor, I was put on hold for more than 15 minutes again, and then was told a supervisor ok'ed the refund and it was being processed, again!!!

I kept checking my bank account and as of todays date no money has been returned to my bank account, and this is August 22,2006.

I called again today and got billing and again told them I didn't want this account, now this is the last time I am going to do this. I told the guy on the phone in the billing department that I was recording the conversation and If I didn't have my money within 24 hours back in my back account I was going to get a Lawyer.

It is 12 days since I canceled this account and as of 5 minutes ago still I haven't recieved my refund.
I sent a complaint to Cosumers Affairs, and now to you. I have also filed a Dispute with my Bank and they also are going to investagate.

If I ran my business this way I wouldn't be in business for very long.
