Proof that Quickcommerce ,BP Merchant, ipayment merchants are doing something funny.
I had went through ipayment and got a merchant account which i ran through the quickcommerce gateway. I had ran 8,000 dollars through them and they stated they had to hold it and wanted more information and it was routine to check on the first batch. Well they never released it, they instead turned around and showed them as declines. Back to that in a minute, stay with me , on to part 2. Months later after shutting down due to that I start a new company with a partner who is a C.P.A so she wanted to do the money end while I ran the company. Well I didnt know it but guess who she signed up with for a merchant? Yep quickcommerce. After finding out I said "omg dont use them" to late ran 6000 dollars through them. Well a week later and we are shut down due to Quickcommerce not releasing the funds.

Back to part 1, I still have a phone on to take care of customers I did sign up from 1st company and I start getting calls from customers "whats going on, you have my money I got nothing?". LOL yep Quickcommerce , ipayment never gave them their money back? hmmm? This is 3 - 4 months later. We call Quickcommerce , ipayment and ask why and they didn't give a answer other then its scheduled for sometime to be released. Umm if its a decline doesn't that mean it should never be taken or put right back? Twice we have ran money through them and they kept it. We had signed receipts and contracts. So why is it both times they just keep money for now real reason and then close the account. Can anyone say setup fees? This should be illegal. I actually think it is isn't it? So stay away from QuickCommerce and Ipayment.
