Beware of this place, I should have checked the many  other links relating to lawsuits and ripp off's regarding this company before I signed up online for credit card processing. To make a long story short I had signed up for credit card processing for a small business, for 10 dollars a month with varying visa,mastercard, and amex processing percentages.What I did not know was they signed me up for a ghost account never used nor was I privy of it deducting 34.95$ out of my account every month. I had not audited my  bank account for 8 months since I opened this credit processing account, that is how I found it. When I called them, all they said was the agent who I was communicating with when I first opened the account, must have opened another account and it has never been used for the whole 8 months since it was opened. While they are deducting 34.95 out of my account every month, which the only reason why I opened the "legal" account was because the monthly fee was 10$. So I told them I did not open this account close it immediately and refund my money. They were like, we can send you an e-mail link to close the account, but we are not going to refund  your money. So I called my bank and reported fraud, and I am also going to report this to the appropriate government  fraud department.I am also closing the account I opened tomorrow.
