I told 3 times that I owe them money paid off twice and they called me today again that I owe 37.50 and they also said that they never got there money from any credit collection agency I have bank statement proving I have paid them twice

We have researched the details of this complaint and reached out to our third party collection agency as well. While we only received one payment from the agency, we will waive the second amount due and a member of our team will be reaching out directly today as well.
