Mr. Coskun (Kurt) Andolsun of IRAP Investments LLC agreed to sell my husband and me a house. Every time we asked for the sellers name, we were told it was Kurt, however, on the contract it was Coskun. When we asked why Coskun Andolsun was on the contract, we were told that he used to work for IRAP Investments LLC, but he doesn't anymore.
Moving on with the purchase of the house, we completed a house inspection (10609 Watford Lane, Fredericksburg, VA, 22408), which highlighted high levels of RADON, MOLD, and a leaking furnace (leaking carbon monoxide into the home).
We presented these issues, along with a long list of other issues with the home to Mr. Andolsun (whomever he actually is), and were met with a response of "Bull$hi7" regarding the mold. He informed our realtor that he would simply clean the mold with bleach, and that he wouldn't remediate the issue further.
Mr. Andolsun is also a REALTOR - and didn't disclose RADON, MOLD, Leaking Furnace. His business practices are very dangerous, and he has cost my husband and I a lot of wasted time and money.
At the end of it all, we are yet to find out who was selling us the house. I believe that Kurt Andolsun is actually Coskun Andolsun, and he's using names interchangeably in an effort to defraud people during home sales, and avoid legal ramifications.
Please revoke his realtor license. From the research I've done online, he buys run down properties and sells them. If the house we almost bought was anything to go by, he isn't declaring health issues and is shirking the law as a realtor.

Thank you for the previous report from VA. It was most helpful and enlightening.
We recently contracted to purchase a remodeled home at 5521 Pine Glen St in Southport, NC. The seller was IRAP Investments and Coskun K. Adolsun was the representative of the company who signed for the seller. It is a beautiful remodel of a 1979 brick ranch. Inspections were done and the issues were many.
The most egreious was that there was not a functioning septic system. The waste line from the house was not draining into the septic tank and even if it did, the pipe to the drain field was blocked so there could be no outflow from the tank.
It was also found to have the footers exposed in the crawl space area. It appeared that the soil on which the footers were placed had sunk and now the stability of the structure was in question.
Add to that, when our realtor asked for the inspection reports, none could be provided. There was arcing in the new electrical panel and plumbing leaks in the crawl space, among other issues.
We requested to have all of our funds returned including all inspection fees and presented a document to mutually discontinue the purchase. Kurt initally refused and stated that "he was slightly offended" that we would chose to not proceed. He also refused to refund the inspection fees but finally he did return our money.
We have given the inspection reports to the NC Building Inspector and have learned that in NC any structure that is remodeled for sale, and the cost to do so exceeds $30,000, must bring the structure up to code and use a licensed contractor.
Kurt Adolsun still holds a realtor license in NC.

I have tried to explain to ripoff report that my dealings with Mr. Andolsun and the property concerned are terminated. I've requested that ripoff report remove the report, however they have refused. Mr. Andolsun hasn't put pressure on me to remove the post, I would like the post to be removed. I regret posting the report, and I deeply seek that the report be removed.
