When we went up the stairs to the room we already. Had doubts as the indoor outdoor carpet on the stairs to the room was filthy and torn. The room was good size condo but there were stains on the furniture that nobody in our party would sit on. Pets had been in this room which we were not for warned of. We couldn't stay.  We made last minute reservation at Ireland Rustic Lodges one hour before arrival. We arrived and checked in at the desk and paid with credit card. When we got to the stairway leading up to the room it was filthy and torn. This was a clue of things to come. Being the last room available we took a look . There were four of us, two couples. The room was a condo and fit our needs according to the hotel desk. When we walked into the room we were highly disappointed. It was filthy with stains on the sofas and floor. You wouldn't dare walk barefoot on it or sit down. We discovered animal stains throughout the condo. We couldn't stay there When we went back to the desk they wouldn't refund our money. They offered 30 dollars off the 200 dollar room charge. We wouldn't stay if it was free. We found a motel 6 that was far better in town. Later after dinner decided to cruise by the room at Ireland's rustic lodges and saw someone in the room closing curtains. And turning off the lights. We think they rented the room out. Their no vacancy sign was on. This place is a filthy ripoff.
