I am a former employee of this company, After realizing what we were actually doing and listening to the "gift department's" script a few times I decided to quit. What this company does to people is TRICK them and manipulate them into buying magazines.

The way the script is worded, with play with your mind all together --- if anyone wants an actual copy of the script, the rebuttals we used on the customers if they didn't want to buy, or the list of magazines --- i can actually post it for you.


For everyone wondering "where did they get my name and address and phone number???" They actually buy the information from various business and internet sites. So BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU POST YOUR INFORMATION!!!

They will also try to trick you by getting the beginning script reps to say "Since this is a private drawing for preffered customers like yourself of Visa Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, which one provides you the best service." If you say you do not have a redit card someone may say --- "Well my computer shows you carry a Visa/Mastercard Debit card... or You do carry a checking account, right?"

After they get that initial card onformation out of you it's basically all she wrote ---- After that the "Gift Department" is easily able to "pull" your card number. See, thy know what kinf of card starts with what kind of number--- making it sound much more legit and like a private drawing. They will also trick you out of your expiration date.. and before you agree to anything, they are running your card to see if you have the money on the card... if you don't... they will try to get another card from you.

This company even scammed me (an ex-employee) out of money. When I was hired I had to sign a paper stating that I had received an employment manual... authough I didn't receive it. the receptionist performing the orientation told us that she was temporarily out of manuals but would defenatley have us one by the end of the day --- but by the end of the day we were thrown from person to person and training class to training class it of course slipped all of our minds.

I NEVER GOT THE MANUAL BUT WAS MADE TO SIGN A PAPER SAYING I HAD BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO BEGIN WORK!!!

They cut my pay by $2.65 an hour on my last check after I quit stating that I had received a manual and should have read it and I would have been aware that if you quit or get fired your pay drops to minimum wage!
