Iron Clad Roofing in San Antonio Texas has a commercial advertising in The Home Mag . Called 210-316-6595 for the $50.00 Metal Roof maintenance The girl that answered my call said someone would return my call within 72 hour to make a appointment. No call back after 72 hours. A week later I called back and ask for a up date when someone can come out and perform a $50.00 metal roof maintenance I was told the company was very busy and it would be two or three months before someone could come out. I was told again that someone would call back to schedule a time to come out with in 72 hours . Waited another week no call back. This company is a big scam . False advertising. If anyone is thinking about a new metal roof or any roof install or maintenance DO NOT CALL IRON CLAD RIP OFF ROOFING !

During this time everyone in san antonio needed a roof and we had to prioritze our calls and this was during the worst hail storm in history. If this is not a competitor trying to slander us for his competitive gaines this report must be removed.
Also ther is no address or personal info in order for me to contant this person. I would be happy to do the roof maintenance of their roof, but its outside the city limits, its $150 for the maintenance.
I apolgise for any inconvenience but people all over town houses were destroyed and he had to pu those prority and did not have the man power to accodate a non emergecy situation. I will have my tatorney look into this. And file a law suit for slander if this is not removed within 24 hours

Hello Im sorry for your experience we try to do our best to serve our customers and in a timely manner. I believe at the time of your call we along with all other roofing companies were backed up due to the 2016 storm. At the time everyone was short on time and it was hard to find the labor to serve everyone.
At this time i would like to offer you a free metal roof maintenace service in order to rectify this situation. I apoligise for taking so long to respond but ypur complaint was just brought to my attention.
