Iron Eagle Property Management Group consists of two owners, Kathy Johnston, and Ginger Shields. Both of these Women are new to the Property Management field but veterans in the game of fraud. I am an out of state investor in Idaho and was approached by this group to represent my property in Boise.
Since I live in Nevada I put all my trust in Kathy and Ginger to rent, protect, and manage my property as I would if I was living in the vicinity of it. Was I wrong with hiring Iron Eagle PM. These two crooks took $1000 as a set-up fee for my home, then took the first months rent from the supposed tenant that was renting my home.
They then alerted me that this tenant was not paying rent and I need to wire them another $700 to evict them after I had not seen 1 check for 6 months from Iron Eagle. As it turns out, no eviction was filed, and no tenant ever existed. They continued to charge me $150 per month for an advertising fee as well.
Needless to say $15,000 dollars later, with no rent for 8 months, and a major headache from their awful accounting and business practice I have my home with a new property managment group. These two shady business Women also stole my washer/dryer and refrigerator.
Idaho has some wonderful people and some of the worst people in the world. Ginger Shields and Kathy Johnston are giving Idaho a very bad name, the real estate industry a dark cloud, and all investors a real reason to get out of the real estate investment game. These people belong in jail.

So today I receive a call from Intel Public Relations informing me that they can repair my companys name by removing this report for a start-up fee of 1800.00 plus 400.00 a month. HMMM... This is a huge scam that is hurting little business in america. This is a crime.
