I was contacted by Jesse Adrian Wagner A.K.A. Jesse Anthony Wagner, from Iron Law on Thumbtack. He alleged to offer inmate legal services and even securing the release of wrongfully convicted inmates. I had a deadline I had to meet for a habeas corpus statute of limitations, so I believed since he agreed to in the contract he would. I didn't know that Mr. Wagner not only didn't have the legal experience he claimed to, but he also had a troubling business past with other companies. Mr. Wagner not only didn't meet the deadline, causing the inmate to miss his procedural bar, he also never completed the services.

Mr. Wagner has a long criminal history going back to 1994, and out of business professionalism I would encourage the readers to Google that information under his real name. Mr. Wagner hasn't not ever exonerated anyone including himself, and is running a scam orientated legal practice. He doesn't work under the licensed care of any appellant attorneys, or any other ligament attorney. After reporting Mr. Wagner's fraud, he filed Civil Suits against me including a restraining order for reporting his fraud. Mr. Wagner abandoned his office building after filing his lawsuit against me, but I was able to serve him at the same court he made filings at. Mr. Wagner is very conceiving at first, and he escorted over $4250.00 from me and never did what he was hired to do. His Yelp Reviews are positive, so are his Thumbtack reviews along with the BBB. All of which have been contacted and never took any legal action against Mr. Wagner.

It has been the worst experience of my life, a legal mess to sort through with someone who was supposed to be of service and support. While Mr. Wagner will deny all criminal allegations, simply lookup his real name "Jesse Adrian Wagner" and the other business names attached. You will be able to identify his fraud for yourself, and then make a sound business judgement prior to hiring him. Prior to hiring him, I did see one negative review on Yelp, which he denied everything. Mr. Wagner will make a lot of promises, never provide anything, and try to intimidate you from taking action. Please do your research based on information provided in this complaint to make the best business decision for yourself. I wish I was warned, but am grateful I can warn other unsuspecting customers.

Since January 2016, the Defendant nor myself have ever received anything. When I posted my negative review on Yelp based on a an business experience, he contacted Yelp to get it removed.
