I received a recorded message from someone stating that I needed to call the IRS at ***-***-**** for an urgent matter. Since, I knew that I wasn't in any kind of trouble with the IRS, I called the number. When I called the number, the person stated that they were the IRS. So replied, if this is the IRS what is your direct number. The representative said the number is 11111111122222222222, my response was "so this is a scam" he replied "yes it is thank you and have a good day" then he hung up. Please everybody before you give anyone your information, make sure that they are legit. There are so many scams out there and they pry on people that doesn't have the knowledge to decipher the truth from the scams.
