I am writing regarding Report: #452605. I noticed the statement at the bottom of your help section:

I am upset because I was not contacted by your agency in a mediating capacity at all to verify the accuracy of any of the information reported. So I am curious as to what type of mediation took place. It looks like a comment was posted and as long as it could be verified that child support was not current, the entire statement was posted as fact. I am currently in the process of seeking legal advice to pursue slander charges against Sue Kim-Trotter due to the false information and its effects on my business.

Regarding her statement that I have not had contact with Lucas Trotter since he was 9, this has been a deliberate blockage of communication by his mother Sue since her new relationship. She has had my phone number and called a number of times and even e-mailed me in attempts at harassment. My number is publicly displayed on my website. These facts have been hidden from Lucas to prevent him from contacting me and finding out the truth as to why his mother and I divorced. In reality she has ignored the court order directing the communications between Lucas and I.

I have been unemployed for a number of months and have not been able to fall back on my dated skill sets as hoped to find steady employment. Previously while between jobs I attempted to do photography as a means of income but as I completed the beginnings of a foundation to my business, Lucasmom (aka Sue Kim-Trotter) began interfering and harassing me and my business. As a result of her efforts my business was so slow in starting that I was force to find employment in work that my experience was no longer qualified for, ending in termination 2 months later.

Since that time I again attempted photography with an improved service that has received much praise. But so far the work presented has been nothing more than portfolio development on a Time For Service basis. But with the completion of my portfolio and a website to market I have, over the past 2 month received a number of contacts interested in working with me, but after follow up the interest has fled. After finding out about your posting and its accessibility through Google, I'm certain that it has been a factor towards the successful start of my business.

I do not have a problem with your service, but again have to ask, when did any mediation between two parties take place? You allow replies to posts on your service and I intend to copy this message there for those interested to see. I would appreciate it if you organization would contact me directly in order to mediate the original statement and then post the facts.
