ISera Fina aka Ana Bella Allure-owned by JoAnna Gaines Chip Gaines charged me for very expensive facial products not wanted and will not give refund St. Petersburg Florida

JoAnna Gaines has a real con going on-I found another sight with the exact pictures and promises after recieving more products than I wanted. I called the company and they told me they will onlly give me 35% of my money refunded-then after more conversation they went up to 50% I told her I would contact my bank on Monday-her response was too bad we already have your money and nothing you can do about it. Raised hell with her and suddenly she said her suppervisor offered a refund of 75%. This is outragious-haven't used it-not opened but they get it back and will do this to the next person plus taking 25% of close to a hundred dollar charge. At the very-and I mean very bottom in very tiny letters (this is after going back and looking) they have "terms and conditions"that can not be seen unless you scroll to the very,, very botton. I just filled out the needed info. at the top and  therefore did not see this. I believe it is intentionally placed for that reason and I'll bet alot of woman have been scammed by this placement. Verybad-trusted these people but will never fall for something like this again. I am still going to my bank and showing them the two different web sights I have found. I hope they don't gat away with this scam-that is stealing and very intentional. How many times have they done this and have you ever heard or dealt with a company that does not refund the full amount? Talk about greed. I am not stopping here-it's a matter of honesty and integrity which they seem to be lacking.
