Here is the scam - this company contacts retail stores, banks, offices and get maintenance requests. They call the local handyman, locksmith, repair companies in the area to perform the maintenance service at the retail store, bank, office as a subcontractor. Then they bill the retail store and get paid. The local company that did the work does not get paid by ISG. So the subcontractor gets stiffed. These guys operate off various cell phone numbers in the Naples Florida area, but they scam nationwide.

I am a local handyman and ISG Facilities owes me a total of $250 for 2 separate jobs done at a Peebles store in Eastman, GA. One job wasin January 2010 and one in March 2010. After the work was performed and an invoice sent, payment was never sent and the phone number they called me on is no longer in service.

to whom it may concern we invite any companies or persons who have not gotten paid to call us and we will get the matter resolved right away, we did have some employees in our accounting department that were terminated due to not doing their job correctly.
